ARH Smith's success comes from the incorporation of Nurse Healthcare Advocates who assist with medical underwriting analysis. They challenge large claims price assumptions through investigation of diagnosis versus prognosis for high claim individuals. This combination of experienced underwriting, cost analysis and the Nurse Healthcare Advocate model allows us to reduce many renewals to single digit first year increases, with no rate increase, or in some cases, rate reduction in subsequent years.
